WHAT IS THE NUTRITION LIKE?
This program uses portion control containers in a completely different way than you are used to.

During the program you will be eating certain types of foods at certain times of the day. For example, you will have both a pre-workout and a post-workout meal.
​
There are recipes to make all of your meals fancy, but you can also just keep things simple-- all depending on what YOU want to do!
​
Each day one of your snacks will be replaced with shakeology.

I also use the performance line every single day.

I use the Energize pre-workout, and Recover post workout to help with muscle soreness. It is worth every single penny of investment for the Recover and Energize because the recover helps with muscle soreness, gives you an extra meal and calories each day, and the energize is pretty much a non- negotiable part of my #busylife. (total honesty- I use it as soon as I wake up every morning to get me going before i make my coffee!)
