I personally believe that the best way to start your day is with an awesome sweat session, am I right? Add in a kickass trainer and a LIVE DJ and shit just got real! I would commit to that every morning! How about for 100 days? YES!


I find music to be really motivating when it comes to working out, when I started running that was how I got myself out the door- a kickass playlist with new songs from friends and family added all the time to keep it fresh. So to me having a live DJ while I sweat it out, sounds like a dream, and is honestly something I have been missing lately!


Each summer we launch a new program, and this might be one of the best yet! I am so stoked about the live DJ mixing the tune and keeping the beat during this program, annnnnd it is filmed LIVE so no workout will ever be the same!


This is going to be EPIC you guys!




MM100 is a brand new workout program from Super Trainer and Core de Force co-creator, Jericho McMatthews, and it will help you create the perfect morning routine! Every wonder why Fortune 500 CEOs usually get their workouts done in the mornings? They know that self-care is important, and they know that how they start the day matters!


The program has 100 unique workouts. 20-30 minutes a day. And YOU get to choose your schedule! If you want to workout 6 days a week, go for it. Need to start on a Wednesday instead of a Monday, that’s fine too. Want to double up on some days, totally your call. Maybe you only want to do a structured workout 4 days a week, so that you can still enjoy other outdoor activities that you love? Go for it! This is YOUR program to schedule. What will the Workouts be Like?


The program has a great variety of HITT cardio, resistance training, flexibility and active recovery to give your body everything it needs. There are 2 modifiers so this is for ALL fitness levels. Each workout is different, all 100 of them. You’ll never get bored this way, and this type of training is great to avoid plateaus.

  • Cardio Meltdown: Endurance cardio, where you can sweat to the beat!

  • Upbeat Strength: Sculpt a stronger back, chest, shoulders, and arms with rhythm-based time-under-tension moves.

  • Core Inferno: Burn out your abs and melt off layers with challenging core-strengthening exercises.

  • Total Body Badass: Barre inspired mashup that will build full-body strength with lighter weights and intense plyometric exercises.

  • Freestyle Flow: Half yoga-flow inspired, half mobility workout, this routine is designed to help with your recovery.

  • Lit Cardio: This high-intensity interval training workout is designed to torch the fat off your body.

  • Downbeat Strength: Build stronger quads, hamstrings, and glutes with rhythm-based time-under-tension moves.

  • Fight Club: Jericho draws from a variety of mixed martial arts disciplines for an incredible core-shredding cardio session.
